Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, a Student is unable to attend, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. A sample cancellation letter will be sent to enroled Students. The course can be cancelled up to 60 days before the start date. The initial deposit is non-refundable, but any additional balance will be refunded in full, minus any banking fees and exchange rate losses.

No refund will be given thereafter.

If a student does not notify us of their intention to cancel their programme attendance, they shall not be entitled to any refund, regardless of the reason(s) of cancellation, including medical and visa refusal, and will be legally liable for paying the full programme fee demanded in their invoice.

NB: The students are strongly advised to be comprehensively insured at all times to cover all costs and consequences of medical treatment, repatriation, personal/public liability, personal injury/accident, damage/theft/loss of personal belongings, legal expenses, recovery of course fees, alternative accommodation and flights booked or needed in the event of cancellation or early departure howsoever occurring.

Cancellation due to rejection of visa application

If a Student is unable to attend due to their visa application being rejected, we may, at our discretion, refund the full balance of the enrolment fee any time, minus the initial non-refundable deposit, an administration fee (minimum £42), any banking fees and exchange rate losses. However, to qualify for a refund, the Student must notify us as soon as they receive the decision from the British consulate, but no later than 48 hours of the date of the decision received by them. The Student must also send us full documentation showing the decision of the British consulate and that they applied for their visa in good time for the programme. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.

NB: Comprehensive insurance: Students are strongly advised to be comprehensively insured at all times to cover all costs and consequences of medical treatment, repatriation, personal/public liability, personal injury/accident, damage/theft/loss of personal belongings, legal expenses, recovery of course fees, alternative accommodation and flights booked or needed in the event of cancellation or early departure howsoever occurring.

Cancellation by COE/LibPubMedia Ltd

However, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.

Force majeure

If cancellation of a programme is caused due to a natural disaster, a disease epidemic or pandemic, industrial action, war, act of terrorism, or government order, legislation or advisory, the Students will be offered a full refund, date transfer or a credit voucher. However, COE/LibPubMedia Ltd will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc. For overseas refunds, we may deduct any associated bank transfer fee and exchange rate losses.

Transfer of programme dates

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a change in the programme dates, we will notify all enroled Students as soon as possible and offer them alternative dates. However, if they are unable to attend on new dates, we will refund any deposit and fee paid by them. However, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.

A Sudent may transfer/change their programme date if they unable to attend on an initially booked date by paying a programme date transfer fee of £150. The Student must inform us of any changes in writing (for example, by emailing CongressOxford@LPMHealthcare.com) at least 30 days before the programme start date. All deposits and course payments are non-refundable. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for any associated costs, such as (but not limited to) travel/flights and accommodation, etc.
